I ordered nearly $700 worth of ammunition. Somehow the package got lost. After finding out from UPS what had happened I began calling Outdoors Limited to inform them. I never was able to talk to a “person”, only left messages with no return call. Finally after my money has been tied up for two weeks or more, Jordan shoots me an email letting me know your company is aware of the problem. My money will be tied up for a month soon and I’m still unaware of a resolution at hand. I need answers or my money.
