The act of making the purchase was simple and stress fee. I placed the order on 1/29/21 and still haven’t received it and apparently it’s sitting somewhere with fedex and they haven’t scheduled delivery. Very frustrating, I know the weather and back orders cause issues but I’ve received other packages from other services in the meantime. I will update whenever I get my package
