No problem with the ammo. Must say that the service provided was "short of the mark". I followed instructions for ammo pick-up. I sent the requested text call to let service people know I was in front of OL. No one came out. I waited about 10 minutes and no one came out. I called the phone number listed on the door but got an answering service that told me I would be called within, I think, 48 hours. Still no one came out. I finally got out of the car and looked through the glass door in toward the counter. There were three people standing their looking at their cell phones. I had to beat on the door to get there attention. One person finally came out, leaned over the rail, and said in a very quiet voice "yea". I told him I was there for an order. His response was in a very quiet voice "order number". That is all that was said. When I finally figured out what he said I gave him the order number. He went in to OL, finally got my order, came back out, and put it in the back of my car. I asked was it 9mm as he walked by my window and he said "check your order" . He went up the steps and back in the door. It appeared that taking care of a customer was a favor for me and that I was intruding on their cell phone text time. I got what I needed but the service response was poor.
