I ordered and was charged for 3 cases. I received 3 boxes. I notified Outdoorlimited immediately following their protocols, as well as my credit card company. After 17 days of not hearing from Outdoor limited I contacted them again only to have them tell me that because I notified my credit company they would not deal with me. They could have saved me a lot of time had they just taken responsibility for their "error" when I notified them.
