Terrible. Will be my last purchase. The packaging to items were tattered. The end of one of the boxes was barely hanging on to the rest of the package, and another looked worse for wear also. However, the box they were shipped in was in perfect condition, and the items were packed well. Which leads me to believe they were in this condition before being packaged for shipment. When I contacted customer service; Jordan responded to my issue. He blamed it on the shipper and said that all of there blemished items are marked as such (these were not, but cleary were),there was nothing they could do (even though I paid for shipping insurance), other than tell the shipper to do a better job. When I responded to provide further information, I never received a response. Issues come up from time to time in business and that is to be expected. However, the response to said issue speaks volumes about the company.
