My package was lost by FedEx. Nobody could figure out what to do, so I was forced to file a false Police report. Which is illegal by the way ! My package finally showed up looking like it had been to a war zone. Definitely not O.L.'s fault that my package was lost, but making it my problem (3 hours of F'ing around) lost you a customer. Your customer service protocol needs to be seriously reviewed !!!!
