Your email said that when I went to your location to pickup my order I was to park in one of the numbered parking spaces and call your office to have someone come out and give me my order. You did not have any numbered parking spaces at your location and when I knocked on the door the gentleman that came to the door said that the number signs were down and have not been put back up. This doesn't show me much attention to detail from your company's end. If you are going to give instructions in your emails then you should make sure that they can be followed.
