I didn’t receive my first shipment. I figured it’s my fault because I didn’t pay extra for the signature during delivery. I ordered my second shipment and paid for the signature. Still no shipment. I called customer service. They said I had to go to the police station to file a police report. I have no time for that I work too much. I feel robbed.
