Order was never recieved. UPS lost package, found it, sent it back to them, and 3 days have passed. I sent an email this morning asking for the status and they replied saying they're waiting for UPS. I sent them the tracking number showing it was delivered several days ago and they still haven't responded. I also haven't received a refund. Unfortunately, I might have to escalate. I suggest using a different company. This may not be normal but it was a mess up on several different levels. And the customer service has been pretty insufficient.
