Order # 1294459, placed on 3/311
Shortly after I placed the order, I received a shipping notification with UPS tracking number. However whenever I checked UPS, it showed UPS was still waiting to receive the package. On 4/8 I contacted customer service, they responded that unfortunately UPS had lost the shipment in transit and that I should wait 15 days due to UPS shipping delays. This didn’t make sense to me because UPS did not show that they had even received the package.
Then on 4/16, I received a notice that my order was canceled due to an error in inventory. I suspect my order was lost or miss-placed and by the time it was found, the inventory was out. The original response from customer service was disappointing and not accurate.
