I placed a order because the price on the .30 cal carbine ammo was very reasonable for "seconds". I also added a few items that I didn't really need just to help with shipping costs as I'm aware that many times shipping is no more, or not much more, expensive for larger orders. When my order arrived I was missing the .30 carbine ammo. Upon further checking it appears as if Outdoor Limited made a mistake on their site and had posted a wrong price (cheaper) for the ammo. Instead of them notifying me to see what I wanted to do they simply cancelled the order for the .30 carbine ammo and sent me the rest of the stuff. In the end I ended up getting .30 carbine ammo from another source. Considering that I ordered extra stuff that I really didn't need and would not have ordered if the proper price would have been posted, I'm rather irritated by this. I consider this horrible customer service and a bait and switch. I should have been notified that a mistake had been made and given the option of changing my order.
