Spent several days conversing with the sales rep about how to have my order be held for pickup at a UPS location. No problem for most companies, but was told I would have to contact Outdoor Limited after the package was shipped and they would contact UPS have have the item held for pickup. Said ok I will do that and I placed the order, when it shipped I contacted them twice(no response to the first attempt) and was told the package would be held for pickup. Well today, the package was delivered to my house. Nobody is home, I hope it will still be there after the weekend when I get home. Why is this so hard for you to do? I should be able to go into MyUPS and simply change the delivery, but no, you have to dissallow me from having that option. That’s ok. I learned my lesson. I won’t be doing business with Outdoor Limited ever again. There are too many other options online.
