When I joined Buyer's Club it all went downhill. Order lost by shipper (actually never fulfilled or shipped by O.L.). I can tell when David answered emails, very lackadaisical not concerned, but Sarah showed a little more understanding. Finally refunded. O.L. lost my loyalty as a returning customer, never again.
