Received the wrong order. Emailed Outdoor Ltd about wrong order and included details. Rather than immediately shipping the correct order and providing me with a shipping label to return the wrong item, I had to fill out a form requesting the same information I had already provided. Then I waited 3 days for a response . Total time; three weeks to get my order. Certainly not the usual service I have received from O.L.
