I ordered 200 rounds of hollowpoint 9mm for defensive purposes and 700 rounds of target 9mm, (in stocks items) What I got was just the 700 taget rounds and my receipt that someone scribbled over the hollow points and hand wrote we owe you a refund ? It took over a week to get reimbursed, why wasn't I notified ahead of time so I could switch brands of the hollow point rounds ? I was even told I'd have to place a new order, and couldn't get store credit ?? Not getting notified ahead of time would have cost me an additional shipping charge. I'm not at all happy with my 1st and possibly last order from them. Also ordered steel ammo cans, they put the rounds in the ammo cans with "some" packing but there were loose round in the steel case clanging around.
