I purchased some shotgun shells from your company some time ago and what I ordered was number 4 buckshot. When I got to your facility a nice young man brought up my order in a box and I asked him that's number 4 buckshot right and he looked in the Box and said yes sir. I should have looked the order over and that's on me but I I'm so pleased to get the shells that I simply put them in the floorboard and went home. After finding I had the wrong shells I called check on how to swap them from 00 buckshot 2 number Four's. I was told there was a policy with your company not to swap ammunition. This was the first transaction I have your company and I must say I'm quite disappointed. The stock you have is good prices are reasonable and I thought this would be a good relationship. I have referred this matter to my credit card company as a dispute. If your company is interested in swapping this ammunition for me I am certainly willing to come back to your facility to do that. If not and I will let the credit card company handle it. People make mistakes - you folks sent me the wrong shells and I didn't check the order.
