I've ordered in the past as well as this recent order of Tulammo steel case polymer 7.62x39. Previous order of 600 was fine, this order 1000 rounds out of every say 100 rounds there are at least 30% nonfire ammo. (Duds)
you don't know it when you buy them, it's the chance you take. So basically your not getting all the bang for the buck. Overall thou the ones that do fire are very accurate at bullseye then +-3/4" up to 300 yards. I'm pleased at accuracy but disappointed with so many duds in this batch.
