Called to determine status of my order. Was told it shipped 2 days ago but UPS did not process it yet. As a retired UPS delivery driver and Feeder driver I know UPS does not sit on packages. Every package is scanned upon arrival at the local center and/or hub the day it is picked up. Every package is sorted and leaves the hub/center that day. Nothing is held. Don't blame UPS for your inefficacity.
