I picked up the package from UPS office slightly damaged but seemed acceptable to me. Inside the package the ammo was completely messed. When I figured out what I actually received it happened to be not a complete order. It was about 50%.
Well, things happen and I reading previously positive reviews of Outdoorlimited customer service I expected them helping me to resolve the issue especially because I paid for shipping insurance through them. The customer care was professional and polite and after taking few days to review my complain they professionally and politely informed me that it was shipping issue and told me to deal with UPS.
I do not know what happened and where, it could be UPS, but could be not UPS. Two things I know for sure - the ammo was not packaged well because there was just not enough packaging material in the box and that Outdoorlimited washed their hands.
I went to UPS complaint sight and one of the first things they have there is that they recommend the sender filing a complaint. And that makes sense to me.
I ended up filing a compliant with my credit card company and now waiting for the resolution. In the worst case I will loose close to $300.00 and few hours of my time.
It seems that my experience contradicts most of the reviews and I am not sure what to think about it. I guess bad luck? Or fake reviews? Anybodies guess.
I will update this review if Outdoorlimited customer care will come through as they should in such a case.
