I was short shipped all of my 12 gauge shells, I sent several messages and called, when I talked to someone they told me somebody would e-mail me a form to fill out. I filled out the form including up-loading a picture of the package, they said because of heavy demand it might take 4 to 5 days for somebody to get back to me. It's been over a week plus I sent in another message asking for info, I thought this e-mail was addressing that but instead it's a review, I bought from you before with good results but so far this time is not going so well.
