I think it goes without saying that the web-site advertisement for Outdoor Limited is a little miss-leading: they do not have fast delivery of their products (at least not in my case). I ordered on the 13th, it was shipped on the 17 (that means they got paid), with an estimated fedex delivery date of the 18, I complained on the 23'd and received a partial shipment on the 26. "No back orders", absolutely not! They sent a refund which I received 14 days later! Other than that customer service was prompt and courteous after I initiated contact. The product I received is an excellent product (that is why the 3 stars rather than 1).
