I got my order and the order was correct. BUT I paid for rush processing which was $9.99, according to there website rush processing to them is if your order is placed before 3pm EST your order will ship the same day. I placed my order at 10:25am EST and my order did ship until 8:30am the next day. I asked for a refund for the rush processing fee I paid for since my order didn’t ship like it was suppose to and they told me no they couldn’t refund me my order shipped within 24hrs. I told them your right it shipped within 24hrs but rush processing says it will ship the same day if placed my 3pm nowhere does it state anything about 24hrs. Customer service is horrible at outdoor limited, i filed complaints with the bbb, takes days for anyone to respond back to you, been over a week and I still haven’t gotten a reply on my last email.
