I was on the website ordering ammo. I clicked that I wanted to purchase some 9mm 124 grain ammo I clicked 4 for the quantity then clicked add to
Cart. I didn’t realize that it automatically defaults back to 1 box of ammo so I placed the order before I realized it was only 1 box. I immediately went back and ordered the correct amount of 4 boxes and clicked add to cart, this time I checked and saw that the website only put 1 box in my cart and I changed it manually again to 4 boxes, and completed my second order. I then wrote two email to the company all this as within 10 minutes of the incorrect order. I also tried calling the company but it was after hours. Then next morning they responded and said sorry once the order is submitted they won’t change anything. I feel that with the site changing the amount of orders to only 1 in the cart that this is the companies way to gouge with the high shipping costs for 1 box. It’s not right and even though they have better prices on ammo, I will pay more elsewhere. Where I am treated better
