They never shipped my item and refused to issue a refund. They lied saying they shipped it UPS on a Saturday. UPS doesn’t work SATS. They told me to dispute the matter with my bank credit card, I did! They have not responded to my bank either. I notified the Better Business Bureau and found them to have forty complaints similar to mine. I’ll not do business with them. They are bad! Their reply from an email! Hello, We have requested this package be returned to us. You will need to file a dispute with your bank for you to be refunded. You will be blocked from being able to place a future order from our website.  You can direct all your questions about the dispute to your bank.  We do not need to communicate further.
