I signed up as a follower and received a first time ordered a free ship code. I wanted foe the ammo to arrive and during that order I forgot to use the code. I texted the next day to relay my omission and was told it was too late and already processed. I expected OL could easily credit my card for the $15. Didn’t seem fair or customer satisfaction friendly which has made me reluctant to reorder...in spite of the factor that ammo is hard to find. BTW one box of ammo had been opened more than a couple of times so the box was a bit “used”.
