The manufacturer who made the bullets after hearing our story actually sent us 20 free rounds. But this company that made the mistake is offering us a free shipping coupon. They refuse any customer service and are the worst company I have ever dealt with. First they said if it was unsealed in the original box they can take it back then after we said yes they changed it to their local pd told them they can’t take returns. I started out a customer and ended up a victim.
