The fact that your department doesn’t know that I already gave the company numerous tries to correct a simple problem… blaming me for not knowing how to cut & copy a card upon code was quite annoying.. I missed out on the Ammo I originally wanted. The “free gift” I attempted to get. Then ultimately ignored my last attempt to get corrected, kinda says it all.. Loosing my future business seems to be acceptable for outdoor limited. I could have lived with loosing “free gift” & Ammo… But refusing to refund me for shipping was a butthead move that only companies like wells fargo used to do.. #1529416 Is my order number 359.53 I’m 42 years old and utilizing a shipping code/typing is not an issue for me. Until the Ammo I was attempting to purchase sold out & the promo Ammo for $300 plus orders were gone. At that point I did d not want to miss out with on more purchases. & I expected that customer service would correct the amount due to having proof of effort, code, as well as an order well over 300$. So at this point are you are telling me that the shipping cost is not worth me being a future customer? I’d suggest putting this question in front of your supervisor before answering.
