Thank you for your inquiry. I asked for a simple exchange and was denied. That one exchange would have made you more revenue through me...and you wouldn't have lost revenue through the people I am persuading to go elsewhere. So far you lost six patrons and I bash your company every time I am at the range...so more shall follow.
