We have bought a good amount of product from this company since we found them. We ordered one box of ammunition for my brother in law and had it sent to his address in a gated community delivered the day after Christmas. We even paid for insurance. The fedex report said it was delivered but my sister checked her porch and never received the package. I don’t know if the fedex driver just didn’t drop it off or if it was stolen immediately from their porch. Fedex says we have to have outdoor limited send a report for stolen or misplaced package. Outdoor limited is telling us we need to do it and that we needed to verify with camera footage. My relatives do not have a porch camera. So here we are: out all the money for the product, no product delivered to my relatives, and no further response from outdoor limited. Before this, we were very happy with all of our purchases and never needed to use customer service. But now when we need it, we are not hearing back. We will have to switch to another company which is unfortunate as we have never had a problem before this. They do have good product and good prices, but after paying for insurance and not hearing back when we need help, we will be ordering somewhere else.
