I never give any business 5 stars. I've ordered from these folks twice. The first order went flawlessly and arrived within two days. The second order had a minor hiccup due to the website not updating. They still fulfilled what they could of my order (which arrived, thank you) and are in the process of refunding the $$ for what could not be fulfilled. I've read review of people being upset with them for this and that. They're only human. With the government scaring businesses with rules about operating in this COVID era, lack of personnel sometimes limits website information from getting updated in a timely manner. Sometimes you order something and its there at the moment of ordering, but a previous order processes and takes the product. It's happening all over even with businesses like Amazon and others. No one is perfect, but at least these folks have some of the best prices on ammo and they do get it to you when its in stock. For those complaining, go somewhere else and pay twice the amount plus shipping. That'll leave more for me to order from these ODL at lower prices. Keep up the good work ODL. Regards, SW
