On the 19th of January, 2022, I received an email advertisement that stated "Free ammo can with purchases over $300". I clicked on the link and went shopping. I ended up buying a case of 1500 rounds of 9mm ammo for about $499. The order proceeded normally and quite efficiently. I received my ammo in a few days and was quite satisfied with the purchase. The prices at this organization were quite good and they seemed to operate very efficiently. However, I never received a free ammo can.
So I emailed customer service to question this. This started many emails of lies and excuses from customer service. At first, they blamed me saying that I needed to add the free ammo can to my invoice. I don't think that is even possible. I feel that they should have automatically added it Then they said that the email ad that I received was on the 18th and my purchase was on the 19th indicating that the offer was no longer valid when I made the purchase. My records show that I receive an order confirmation email from them on the 18th. Another lie. I kept insisting that the order was valid and they owed me a free ammo can. They repeatedly told me that the offer was no longer valid, Maybe so, but it WAS VALID when I made the purchase. I asked on at least for occasion to speak with a boss and supplied my phone number so that one could call me but never received a phone call. This place does NOT answer phone calls. This company has great prices and good basic service, but their customer service sucks!
THE BOSSES SHOULD TAKE NOTICE OF THIS!
