Was expecting to receive a free knife as my email said it would be added to my order. I even got an email 2 days after my order with the same offer. I emailed customer service and they said they were out??? How can you he out when your still promoting it. They would not send the knife I was supposed to get. Love outdoor limited but not happy with the last order. They had the chance to make this right and didn't. They lost out on a $1200 order that same week because of a free knife.
