I got confirmation of an order placed, followed by an update that my order had shipped. Tracking number said that item has not shipped even though update said it did. Contacted customer service who informed me that it has not shipped and they would update me as when it did ship. Week past and no response, emailed again and they said it shipped. I actually received it that day. Demand was high at that time and it did make aware of delays do you volume of sales. I did get concerned but I was satisfied and would definitely purchase with them again. Thank you outdoor limited.
