Well this is now the second order I've paid for, received a UPS tracking number and delivery date, where the package has not even shipped yet, and it's now the estimated delivery date I was supposed to receive it. The last time this happened you all emailed me stating there wasn't enough and canceled my order even though I had all of the above information for that order as well. You then "refunded me for the shells, but not the membership fee I was charged as well. I understand things like this happen, but no email or update and making me reach out both times just to find out what's going on after I've been charged already is very displeasing. You can take the money, but can't send a simple customer service email if there is an issue or the product was over sold. Please let me know the status of this one now as well. Supposed to shoot tomorrow and will now have to try to find shells again as my order will not be delivered in time. Oh I also paid each time for shipping as well so it isn't like it's free shipping and it's delayed.
