This is my first purchase from Outdoor Limited and I’m extremely disappointed in the whole experience. This company was highly recommended by a couple of good friends and one who orders every week or so from you. First the box was left on my porch delivered damaged and bullets were falling out of the box. The free ammo can doesn’t open or close because of shipping damage. I pid for shipping insurance but I guess that doesn’t get me much of anything. I was told after the fact by customer service that I should have refused it. But I wasn’t home for the delivery. Then I was told I should have taken it to a UPS store to refuse it and send it back. I would be refunded the price of the ammo boxes or if you had it instock another two boxes would be shipped but no mention of replacing my free ammo can because I spent over $300.00. I was then given a return tag to send back the two boxes of damaged ammo and the damaged ammo box. Nobody told me I had to save anything just to take specific pictures of the contents and outside of the box. But I told the representative that I didn’t have the smashed box anymore and I would have to wait till I got another box that it would fit in. Then I got a second email and surprisingly with a return tag to return the entire order. Then the whole order would be refunded or replaced if you have the items in stock. So I responded with a very disgruntled email and explained my unhappiness with this situation. Explained that I have used some of the 12 gage shot already and couldn’t return it so what am I supposed to do now with this new issue. If I wanted to drive to a UPS store that is farther away than the local gun/ammo store why would I even have ordered from you anyway with the purchase of a shipping insurance policy. Is that so you can get your money back on the damaged good and I have to do all this work anyway. Whats the point of buying the insurance the pictures clearly show there is an issue with my order. Its been over a week and not a single response from my last email. I guess this company doesn’t need my business or any of my friends I could refer. I have been operating my own service business for 25 years and this is not how I get referrals or treat my customers. I guess in time of hardship/bad economic times you might see who has the money to spend on items like this or maybe the company won’t last that long with this kind of operation/struggle to get a simple replacement of damaged goods. I guess I wasted my time and money with this company and the $99 for a membership I will never use again.
