Other than the lack of communication (“…too busy so don’t call us to check on your order…”) and inability to track my shipment after the order, I thought the process was fairly simple and efficient. I received my shipment in a reasonable amount of time. I have not yet fired any rounds so I don’t yet have input on the product.
