Misread part of description of something that I purchased 3 of and didn't realize it was wrong until I had opened the plastic bag it came in without tearing the cardboard closure. Contcacted them about returning them, was told they would only accept the unopened ones even thought the item was never used, installed, etc. Since the item was unused I don't understand why they could not have accepted it back, especially because I let them know I had a replacement bag.
