Purchased on 5/31, you printed the label on 6/2 but the products were not shipped until 6/6.
I requested a refund because you had not shipped the products and was told no, and to read your terms & conditions.
These are my terms & conditions, I'll not be purchasing from you again. You provide a simple service that is provided by many others. Let's hope they are more respectable when they fail.
