Price was good, shipping was fast. The order consisted of 12 gauge slugs, two boxes of 9mm, and a "free" ammo can. The 9mm were packed inside the ammo can loosely. The ammo can was bent and dented by the 12 gauge slugs (about 40 lbs). The 9mm were loose in the can and box. The seams of the box flap was split. Two (2) 9mm cartridges were missing. I paid the extra $1.97 (if I remember) for extra insurance. I let them know of the damage and I wasn't making a claim for the free ammo can or missing 9mm, just wanted them to be aware they can pack better. Customer service was a case study in how not to conduct customer service. I'd suggest you use your phone to photograpgh the package before opening if there is any sign o distress. Do a video of the unboxing worthy of evidence at a trial. Getting product to us safely depends on proper packaging, we all know the carriers aren't as careful as they can be.
