I ordered and paid for shells. I received notice that they shipped. Then I got an email with a different name and order number telling me the shells were out of stock. I replied with the correct order number and I received an apology for the mix up and I will receive a refund because I was sold shells that were out of stock. It took 2 weeks to receive the refund.
I will never purchase anything from you. I will never recommend you to any of my friends and will let everyone know your incompetence knows no bounds. Your organizational skills are atrocious.
