Order was placed on a Sunday. I realized that I had ordered the wrong product and called on the next morning to cancel the order. I was told the order had been shipped and nothing they could do for a cancellation. Found out later that that was a lie and order had not been shipped. I sent an email describing the issue. CS phoned me and said they would have the carrier return the item(s) to them and I would be charged only for shipping, which was fine. BUT, a few days later the order was delivered to me and charged to my CC. And the order was unreturnable (ammo) so it seems that I'm stuck with it. Considering all of this, I will never purchase from this seller again.
