Wrong ammo was shipped and was not notified of the change. While customer service did respond fairly quickly, resolution time to resolve the order was 4-5 business days which was an online submission, not acceptable to me as order fill time was delayed and shipping was slow. I live in the same state as the warehouse and in the past I would receive the order in 2 business days. Not sure if this resolution time included shipping me a replacement order, or just waiting to process it then wait an additional week to receive it. I will take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service not to tell customer you are shipping a different product, considering the high cost of the product.
