I ordered 1,000 9mm Ammo. They shipped pretty quickly. The issue is that it never arrived... Apparently FedEx lost the package. So it's really not a fault by Outdoor Limited, however it has been about a month and still no resolution. Customer should not have to "pay" for their 3PL issues. Outdoor should make it right with the customer first either by crediting them or shipping the replacement, then claim to FedEx for the missing package.
