The items purchased were not delivered, a shipping issue. After contacting them twice about the missing delivery, the shipping company returned the product to Outdoor Limited. Instead of contacting me about the order so we could figure out a solution to the delivery issue, they sold the product. When I contacted them for the third time they told me they were out of stock and it would be refunded to my card in 7-10 days.
