Placed my order on Wednesday morning - shipping didn't go out until the following Monday afternoon. So your "normal 2-day" shipping took 6 days and was still expensive at $28+. In addition, my credit card was charged within about 2 minutes of placing my order rather than the "within 24 hours of shipping." So basically, I loaned you $132+ for a week. We'll see when the order is received - at this point, my expectations are pretty low. I'd consider your performance on this order to be below average. You need to try harder or change your website information to more accurately portray your actual performance.
