Overall, it was a good experience. I will buy from and recommend Outdoor Limited to friends and family. What I was not happy about was when I came to the store to make my purchase what I came for was not in the showroom and needed to be ordered and picked up or pay for it to be shipped. When I asked about it the staff was knowledgeable and helpful but I did get some looks like I didn't know what I was talking about. And whether or not I knew what I was talking about the staff should treat that as an opportunity to explain.
