I’ve placed 2 large orders of 308 over the last month. The first box arrived smashed with rounds loose all over the box, the second showed up half ripped open and 2 boxes of ammo apparently fell out. My wife had received the order and after I removed, reboxed and stored the ammo, she threw the box in the garbage. When I called to suggest a fee for improved shipping (more than a single pad on one side of the box), the operator asked for pictures of the box. “I don’t have it, my wife threw it away”. He simply responded “Well, we need pictures of the box to make a claim”. “I don’t care about getting the ammo that was lost, improve the shipping”… He didn’t care.
Unfortunately, I’m no longer going to order from Outdoors Limited, as I’m not going to make a claim every time I get an order, because it smashed and things are missing.
