Never received order, ups said delivered. I called only option was a claim. Never received confirmation of claim. Called week later no answer left message, no call back. Called again no answer left message. Received email stating claim was just open day before. So no claim was open on my first call. Then received another email from ups, stating they rescheduled my delivery to 1/3/2023 between 1030 and 2. Lol so they are going to deliver a package they say I already received. So we will see, this issue is still on going. If you did the proper thing and resent order or credited me on my first call you may have saved a customer. Instead you put the burden on the customer Instead of the shipper, I'm out Christmas gift 2 days before and 340 dollars. The stress involved trying to replace gift not counting the funds to do so. Once this is resolved. You lost a customer
