I ordered over $700 of ammunition, 9mm, 5.56 and .45. I also included shipping insurance. When the order arrived, the package holding the .45 had been damaged and repackaged, and was missing 104 of the 500 rounds ordered. 2 full 50ct boxes were not included, and 4 random rounds found missing in various other damaged boxes. Outdoor Limited customer service did reply to my claim and confirmed it was damaged by the delivery service. So I should have the 2 missing boxes sent to me soon, but the other 4 missing rounds can not be made good. While I do appreciate most of my order being sent, I'm disappointed that Outdoor Limited could not fulfill my entire order and didn't even offer anything for the trouble and inconvenience. A discount coupon, gift card, t-shirt or anything. It was just like, oh yeah it was damaged, and its not your fault, so here's most of your order, bye. Poor way to handle a good customer in my opinion.
