Ordered some buckshot. They mailed it. It was destroyed by UPS. UPS never delivered it. Instead they sent it back. I asked if when I was returned if they could send me a replacement. They said no. It has to be refunded and I wouldn’t receive the refund until UPS returned it to them. Why they couldn’t just replace it is beyond me. It’s not their fault UPs destroyed it, but I paid for shipping protection. And all I got from that was a 2 week delayed refund.
